For the first ten years of practicing law, I defended insurance companies and medical providers as a partner with the Orlando law firm of Parker & Johnson. In the last 20 years, I joined my family’s firm, Payas, Payas & Payas, and I have solely focused on justice for those injured.

After graduating with a BA from University of Central Florida, Carlos completed his Doctorate of Jurisprudence with the Cumberland School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990.

Dr. Armando Payas was born in Santiago of Cuba, Cuba,

he and two of his sons, Armando Ricardo and Carlos Eduardo are the founders and senior partners of the law firm, Payas, Payas & Payas. With offices located in Orlando, Kissimmee and Deltona with a long history of serving the Central Florida, Kissimmee and Deltona communities.

He began working as a Case Manager for the Law Office of Payas, Payas and Payas, in November of 1999. He was admitted at FAMU College of Law in 2006 and received his Juris Doctor degree on April 25, 2012, he was licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of the State of Florida and has since worked an attorney at Payas, Payas & Payas, in the office, serving Kissimmee.

Prior to and during his time in law school, Mr. Andone began working at Payas, Payas & Payas as a litigation assistant for personal injury cases. Prior to his return to Payas, Payas & Payas as an attorney, Mr. Andone was an associate with a civil litigation firm in Orlando, Florida handling personal injury and first party insurance claims.
